About the Role

Link People Solutions is hiring Registered Nurses on behalf of our client, a leading aged care provider in Sydney. We are seeking dedicated nurses to join their team on a casual or permanent part-time basis. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of aged care residents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a care team to deliver exceptional resident-focused care
Develop and maintain high-quality care plans and assessments
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards
Administer medications safely and provide best-practice wound care
Work closely with the Clinical Care Team to ensure seamless handovers
Adhere to legislative requirements and aged care quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Do you have experience with residential aged care accreditation standards?
What is your right to work status in Australia?
Are you currently registered with AHPRA?
Do you have a current Police Check?
How many years of experience do you have as a Registered Nurse?
Have you completed a nursing qualification?
What is your COVID-19 vaccination status?
Do you have an NDIS Worker Screening Check?
