The Role

We are seeking Pick Packers to join our client’s warehouse teams across Sydney. Our clients are leading distributors in various industries, offering stable and ongoing work for reliable and motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing orders accurately.
  • Operating RF scanners.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting (as required).
  • Conducting quality control checks.
  • Performing general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Apply best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams using tools like Jira, BitBucket, and Confluence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday + weekends.
  • Pick packing & RF scanning experience preferred.
  • Strong focus on safety and manual handling procedures.
  • Attention to detail in inventory management (desirable).
  • Good written, verbal, and computer skills.
  • Reliable transport and commitment to the role.
